Investment Losses – GPB Capital & Triad Advisors

If you have suffered investment losses in GPB Capital with Triad Advisors, the securities attorneys at The White Law Group may be able to help you recover your losses by filing a FINRA Dispute Resolution claim against the brokerage firm that sold you the investment.

According to Investment News today, Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. reported Friday that since July, Triad Advisors, one if its broker-dealers, has been named in six customer arbitration complaints seeking $1.65 million in damages.

The complaints reportedly involve the sale of GPB private placement offering to Triad Advisors’ clients.

Last year, when GPB reportedly missed a deadline with the regulator for two of its largest funds, GPB Automotive Portfolio and GPB Holdings II, the company reportedly said that it was focusing on cleaning up its accounting and financials. The company has yet to file financials, according to reports.

Securities regulators began investigating GPB in December 2018 and shortly afterwards the FBI reportedly showed up at the GPB offices with a warrant to collect documents.

Bad news continues to pile up for investors of GPB Capital Holdings.

According to reports last week, another class action lawsuit was filed in federal court in Austin, Texas on behalf of certain GPB Capital investors.

The class action lawsuit claims that GPB was allegedly operating a $1.8 billion “garden variety Ponzi scheme.”
