Craig E. Lewis, Valic Financial Advisors– Gainesville, GA

Are you concerned about investments with Craig E. Lewis in Gainesville, GA? If so, the securities attorneys at The White Law Group may be able to help you by filing a FINRA Dispute Resolution claim.

According to a notice on the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. website, on June 13, 2019, the CFP Board imposed an automatic interim suspension temporarily suspending Craig E. Lewis’s right to use the CFP®certification marks.  The board reportedly sanctioned Lewis after receiving evidence that he entered into a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) on November 29, 2017.

FINRA reportedly barred Lewis after he refused to appear for on-the-record testimony in connection with its investigation of Lewis’s alleged outside business activity.  Under the automatic interim suspension order, Lewis’s right to use the CFP® certification marks is suspended pending CFP Board’s completed investigation and possible further disciplinary proceedings.

According to his FINRA BrokerReport, Lewis was registered with Valic Financial Advisors in Atlanta, GA from August 2012 until March 2016. He reportedly has two customer complaints listed on his broker record.
