Investor Alert: MH Ventures 2019-1 LLC  

The White Law Group is investigating potential securities fraud claims involving the liability broker dealers may have improperly recommended MH Ventures 2019-1 LLC to investors. 

MH Ventures 2019-1 LLC, a real estate fund sponsored by Inland Real Estate Group, reportedly filed a form D to raise capital from investors in 2019. The total offering amount purportedly sold to investors was $$11,910,100.
