Robert Charles High II – FBI Investigation

High was reportedly suspended on April 18, 2019, from associating with any FINRA member firm in any capacity, according to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. According to the FINRA announcement if High fails to request termination of the suspension within three months of the date of the Notice of Suspension, he will automatically be barred on June 28, 2019, from association with any FINRA member at any time.
According to his FINRA BrokerCheck report, Robert High was a registered representative with First Financial Equity Corp. in Scottsdale, AZ from April 2012 until February 2019 when he was allegedly discharged for “violations of firm policies.”
High reportedly has 7 customer complaints/claims filed against him dating back to 2006. The most recent complaint on March 14, 2019 states “alleged misappropriation of funds.” The damage amount requested is $146,000.
Further, High’s broker report states that he is under investigation by the FBI for “potential forgery/misappropriation of funds.”
