Securities Investigation: MEI Pharma Inc.

MEI Pharma reportedly filed a form D to raise capital from investors in 2018. The total offering amount sold to investors was purportedly $74,999,990.

In this offering, the filing indicates that the sales commissions and fees were estimated at 6% of the total offering amount.

They also tend to be illiquid and when ready to sell, it is often difficult to find a buyer.
