The White Law Group is currently investigating claims on behalf of two investors involving former MML Investors financial advisor Charles Nam.
Specifically, we are investigating whether Mr. Nam properly invested the two investors in a Wells REIT as he represented he was doing. The two investors with whom we have spoken believed that they were invested in the Wells REIT by Mr. Nam and allegedly received account statements from Mr. Nam reflecting their investment in Wells REIT. However, they claim that when they contacted Wells REIT directly for information about their investment, they were told that they were not invested with the firm and that Wells REIT had no record of their investment. The firm’s investigation is ongoing and these are only allegations.
According to his FINRA Broker Report, Charles Nam was a registered representative of MML Investors in Woodland Hills, California from July 2007 to June 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Nam was registered as a financial advisor with Woodbury Financial Services in Tarzana, California. While registered with these broker-dealers, Mr. Nam was also the CEO of Bluestone America Inc. and Bluestone Wealth Management.
