According to FINRA, Gary Saitowitz has been suspended from the securities industry for several allegations made while he was registered with Transamerica Financial in Atlanta, GA. Allegations include making unsuitable recommendations to clients, keeping inaccurate books and records, making private securities transactions without notifying the firm, and failure to disclose tax liens and judgements.

According to his FINRA Broker Check report, Saitowitz was registered with IFS Securities in Atlanta, GA from 05/19/2014 – 06/21/2016, and was registered with Transamerica Financial Advisors in Atlanta from 08/15/2012 – 04/21/2014. Saitowitz was discharged from Transamerica for numerous violations of firms policies including alleged “sales practice issues involving alternative investments”. Prior to that, he was registered with Kovak Securities from 08/28/2009 – 08/15/2012.
