The company reportedly filed a form D in 2021 to raise capital from investors seeking to raise $35.5 million with a minimum investment of $50,000.

According to Virginia Business, Capital Square acquired Streets of Greenbrier Apartments in Chesapeake, VA for $67.25 million in March of 2021.

The 280-unit multifamily community, sitting on 13.78 acres, was constructed in 2013. It reportedly consists of nine residential buildings and includes studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 516 square feet to 1,286 square feet.

DSTs: Risks and Limited Liquidity
