The White Law Group Files FINRA Arbitration Claim Against Aurora Securities
Chicago, IL / Seattle, WA — January 20th, 2026 — The White Law Group, a national securities fraud and investor protection law firm, announced today that it has filed a FINRA arbitration claim against Aurora Securities. The claim alleges that Aurora Securities and its registered representative recommended unsuitable Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investments, resulting in significant investor losses.
The claimant is seeking between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 in damages. The arbitration has been filed with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which oversees broker-dealer conduct and administers securities dispute resolution proceedings.
According to the Statement of Claim, the investments at issue include:
-
Hayworth Tanglewood DST
-
ExchangeRight NLP 64 DST
-
Starboard Silver Oaks DST
-
CX Station at Clift Farm DST
-
FSC Industrial Portfolio 27 DST
High Risk Investments
The claim alleges that these DSTs—complex, illiquid private placement investments typically sold to accredited investors—were inappropriately recommended given the claimant’s investment objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and overall financial profile. The filing further contends that the brokerage firm failed to conduct adequate due diligence and failed to ensure the recommendations complied with FINRA’s suitability standards.
“DSTs are often marketed as stable, income-producing real estate investments, but they carry significant risks, including illiquidity, high upfront fees, and limited exit options,” said Dax White, Managing Partner at The White Law Group. “Broker-dealers have a duty to ensure that these products are suitable for each investor and that the risks are fully disclosed and understood.”
FINRA arbitration is the primary forum for resolving disputes between investors and brokerage firms. Investors may seek to recover losses caused by unsuitable recommendations, misrepresentations, or supervisory failures.
