FINRA Bars Abraham Biderman for Failure to Provide Testimony

According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the regulator has barred financial advisor Abraham Biderman from the securities industry for failure to provide testimony during an investigation.

A letter of Acceptance Waiver & Consent was posted on FINRA’s site on July 5th alleging Biderman’s potential participation in a private securities transaction. On April 30, 2018, FINRA staff reportedly sent Biderman a request for information.

According to FINRA, Biderman did not provide to staff the information requested. On May 30, 2018, Biderman’s counsel informed FINRA staff that Biderman would not respond to staff’s request. By virtue of the foregoing, Biderman has been barred from working in the securities industry.

According to his FINRA BrokerCheck report, Biderman was registered with Paladium Capital Advisors in New York, NY from July 2006 thru February 2018. He has 7 disclosure events listed on his broker report. For FINRA’s full findings see FINRA case NO. 2018058695501.

The White Law Group is investigating the liability that Biderman’s former employer, Palladium Capital, may have for his alleged actions.
