According to a press release on Dec. 30, 2019, NPXe Limited , a Phase III pharmaceutical and drug delivery device company, announced that it has filed a voluntary petition to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The company also filed a motion seeking authorization to pursue an auction and sale process under Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

The company filed a form D in connection with a share exchange in 2018, according to filings with the SEC.
