RiverView Senior Resort in Palm Bay, Florida raised capital from investors in 2014 for construction financing, according to a press announcement.

The investment offerings which included $24,910,000 Series 2014A Senior Draw Down Bonds and $4,455,000 Series 2014B Subordinate Bonds, closed in March 2014.  RiverView was reportedly the first phase of an expected multi-phase senior living development. Bond proceeds provided for the new construction of 100 assisted living units and 20 memory care units.
