– Originally issued in September 206, the company apparently failed to make payment of all principal and accrued interest on the Maturity date of the Note.
– The company was notified by the Trustee that they were in default but still failed to cure.
– The company stated that it is attempting to liquidate all remaining assets of the acquisition fund which is the sole source of repayment on the Note.
