Cunat, Inc., an Illinois corporation, is reportedly part of the Cunat Group, a real estate development and property management group of companies, which includes Cunat, Inc., according to its website. The company filed a form D to raise capital from investors for the offering  Cunat Multi-Family Investment Fund II, LLC, a commercial real estate fund. The total offering amount sold was purportedly $13,382,062.

The sales commissions and fees paid to selling agents was reportedly more than 10% of the offering amount, according to the filing.
