According to its website, Mackenzie Realty Capital has just extended a tender offer to purchase shares of Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT for just $3.09/share.

Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT, a publicly registered, non-traded REIT, recently announced a 15% decline in its net asset value to $5.33 per share as of June 30, 2018, down from $6.26 per share from its September 30, 2017 value.

According to Mackenzie’s offer letter, Carter Validus reached its 5% annual limitation on repurchases in April 2018, and will not process any further repurchase requests for the remainder of 2018. “As a result, it could be difficult for you to sell your shares in the repurchase program.”
