FINRA Reportedly Suspends Chad Ryan Barancyk after Customers allege Unsuitable Investments
The White Law Group is investigating potential securities claims involving Chad Ryan Barancyk (CRD #4921433) and the liability his employers may have for failure to properly supervise him.
According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), on June 15, 2022, Barancyk was reportedly suspended from associating with any FINRA member firm in all capacities after eight customers reportedly filed separate complaints alleging unsuitable investments and misrepresentation, among others.
Barancyk was reportedly originally suspended in June 2017 after he allegedly failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement, according to FINRA.
If Barancyk fails to request termination of the suspension within three months of the date of the Notice of Suspension, he will automatically be barred on September 19, 2022, according to FINRA.
