Brian Wurdemann Barred by Securities Regulator featured by top securities fraud attorneys, the White Law Group

FINRA Bars Brian Wurdemann of RBC Capital after 8 Customer Complaints 

According to public documents, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has barred financial advisor Brian Wurdemann (CRD #4206425from the securities industry. FINRA is the self-regulator that oversees brokers and brokerage firms. 

FINRA’s public records indicate Wurdemann failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance, leading to a bar. 

Wurdemann failed to request termination of his suspension within three months of the date of the Notice of Suspension; therefore, he is automatically barred from association with any FINRA member in all capacities. 

Wurdeman has a history of customer disputes, with five complaints in the last six years, according to FINRA. Allegations include failure to repay a loan to a customer, misrepresentation and unsuitable investments, among others.

The FINRA BrokerCheck tool is a free online tool that allows investors to research and verify the background and credentials of financial brokers, brokerage firms, and investment advisors registered with FINRA.    

BrokerCheck provides investors with detailed information about the professional history, qualifications, and regulatory actions of brokers and brokerage firms. Investors can use the tool to verify whether a broker or brokerage firm is registered with FINRA, as well as to review their employment history, licensing status, and any regulatory actions or complaints filed against them.

According to his BrokerCheck profile, Wurdemann has 8 customer disputes and two regulatory disclosures during his securities career.
