FINRA Bars Brian Wurdemann of RBC Capital after 8 Customer Complaints
According to public documents, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has barred financial advisor Brian Wurdemann (CRD #4206425) from the securities industry. FINRA is the self-regulator that oversees brokers and brokerage firms.
FINRA’s public records indicate Wurdemann failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance, leading to a bar.
Wurdemann failed to request termination of his suspension within three months of the date of the Notice of Suspension; therefore, he is automatically barred from association with any FINRA member in all capacities.
Wurdeman has a history of customer disputes, with five complaints in the last six years, according to FINRA. Allegations include failure to repay a loan to a customer, misrepresentation and unsuitable investments, among others.
